Reparagen is remarkably safe and you can safely take 4-6 capsules if that meets your needs (safety studies failed to find any toxicity even at doses 300 or 700 times the recommended dose). However, once you have the complication (inflammation, arthritis or injury) under control, the recommended dose is 2 capsules a day.
