Research Breakthrough PublishedResults of our NIH funded research in collaboration with the faculty of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and Albany Medical College has been published. The article, which can be downloaded for free from the publisher, describes for the first time the ability of Reparagen to maintain the activity of the master repair gene, IGF-1, in human cartilage despite inflammation. This is the first time any therapeutic entity has been able to achieve this vital action. With mechanism of action joint repair can now be initiated and directed.
