Rainforest Nutritionals, Inc. (RNI) specializes in the research and development of ethnobotanicals for Western commercialization as dietary and nutritional supplements and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals for health-related, condition-specific applications.

For the past twelve years, the company’s focus has been to discover the mechanisms of action (MOA) by which phytochemicals, natural compounds found in plants that have health-related effects, operate. By understanding the MOA, RNI is able to validate traditional medicines and create uniquely beneficial products.

Each of our products is formulated with a combination of these Genonutrients® – many with epigenetic application – all of which have gone through preclinical as well as Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials.

Genonutrients® - are any substances, such as vitamins, nutrients and phytochemicals found in foods and plants, that when ingested, have the ability to affect gene expression.

Vincaria® - is a patented alkaloid-deplete extract from the Uncaria species of vine which is indigenous to the rainforests of South America and is sustainably wild-crafted.

RNI 249® - is a patent-pending extract from the hypocotyls of the crucifer Lepidium meyenii, a radish-like tuber sustainably cultivated at an elevation of 14,000 feet in the Puna region on the inner slopes of the Andes Mountains of South America.

Progrado®/ Zangrado® - are patented extracts derived from the viscous red latex of the Croton species tree found primarily in the South American rainforests and is sustainably wild-crafted.
